This package is for the bride and groom who have a vision, but don't know where to begin, or what steps to take to bring their vision to life. Let us provide a stress free planning process and orchestrate your special day!

Coordination & Logistics

· Planning assistance every step of the way

· Unlimited vision meetings and consultations

· Unlimited emails and phone correspondence

· Vendor recommendations and help choosing the best team for your wedding

· Will attend consultations with vendors prior to wedding

· Vendor communications regarding timeline, design, delivery, set-up, and special instructions

· Creation of a detailed timeline for the day of the wedding

Rehearsal Day

· Coordination of ceremony rehearsal including processional, where to stand, where to sit, readings, songs, recessional, and answer any questions on when and where to be on the big day.

· If your wedding is in a church, we will attend to jump in where necessary to support all the things that are important to you.

Wedding Day

· Day of coordination and assistance for the entire wedding ~ we don’t limit our time on the wedding day

· On the day of wedding acts as the point persons for all vendors, if needed can be the heavy for problems so you can remain the blissful bride

· We coordinate all flow of events on the wedding day as your single point of contact from processional, photos, grand entry, toasts, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, grand exit, and entertainment

· We coordinate food service with the venue or caterer as needed

· Complete any pick up or drop off day of wedding (flowers, food, personal items)

· Access to our “Something Borrowed” décor

· Ceremony venue setup and break down of personal décor

· Reception venue setup and break down personal décor

· We assist in making sure your gifts and cards get transported by your point person to a specific and secure location

· Full use of our bridal emergency kit

Day of Wedding Coordination

This package is perfect for couples who want to plan their own wedding but need help the few weeks leading up to the wedding and most importantly the day of! Let us make sure your day runs smoothly so you can enjoy every moment of your big day!
